Silk Fan Veils with Jacqueline Peperkamp (July 2011)

The tricky handling technique required will be clearly explained, whether performing with just the one or a pair. This flowing prop from Asia is simply beautiful & a visual delight for the audience offered the ‘wow factor’! Jacqueline will explain the five key points to remember with planning ahead a troupe choreography, solo or an improvisation.

The Drunken Lady & Other Salacious Tribal Fusion Combos with Melusina (July 2011)

Become intoxicated with a brand new series of Tribal Fusion combos from the twisted mind of Madame Melusina. Strut, weave, sway and stagger your way through a series of deliriously sinful movements using syrupy muscles and fancy footwork. Come all you tipsy, lascivious strumpets, ’tis time you kicked up your heels and caroused to The Drunken Lady!

Shawl (Manton) Dance with Jacqueline Peperkamp (July 2011)

These large pure silk shawls are traditionally from Spain. First created for the purpose of covering ‘Grand Pianos’, later of course worn in women’s fashion & by Flamenco Fusion Dancers. This workshop will create an extension to your dance knowledge & stamina, (it’s a good workout!) Jacqueline looks forward to sharing a few of her combos & moves using the Shawl.
